Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Nestic Clean (a.k.a. Städkollen) ("the Service") to document the move-out cleaning of your apartment. The Service is provided by Future Memories AB ("FM") on behalf of your property owner. How your personal data is handled is described separately in the Privacy Notice.

1. How to use the form

  • Complete the cleaning inspection as the final step before handing in your keys.

  • Photos must be sharp and taken in daylight or with flash so that they can be analyzed.

  • Photos must be taken in your apartment after the cleaning has been completed, and must not be edited.

  • Photos must not contain any people.

  • Photos must give as accurate a view of your apartment as possible. If photos are missing, or there is reason to believe they do not show the requested areas, an on-site inspection may be carried out and you may be charged for cleaning in accordance with your lease agreement with your property owner.

  • Your photos are analyzed by artificial intelligence so that you receive feedback on your cleaning as soon as you are finished.

2. Your confirmations

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are the legitimate tenant, or an authorized representative of the tenant, for the apartment identified in the submission

  • The photos you upload are recent, unedited, and taken in the apartment identified in the submission

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age

  • You will not attempt to manipulate the AI assessment by uploading misleading or falsified photos

  • You will not interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it

3. Rejection and misuse

FM reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet these conditions, and to inform your property owner of any apparent misuse.

4. The service and your property owner

FM provides the Service to your property owner. These Terms of Use govern only your use of the Service. The relationship regarding the move-out cleaning itself, including any deductions from your deposit or other consequences, is between you and your property owner.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, FM is not liable to you for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Privacy

How your personal data is processed when you use the Service is described in the separate Privacy Notice, which you should read before submitting your data.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute between you and FM arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved by the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Gothenburg as the first instance.
